Protecting against, and reducing the spread of invasive species
Premier Marine has been a strong supporter of any actions that may reduce the transfer of any Invasive Species. We have been singled out as a leader in designs which are aimed at prevention. Our tubes are sealed, our strakes are sealed, and our keel is solid. These are areas that are often left open by other manufactures. We have been sealing these areas for over 10 years. We are now sharing these design ideas with others through the efforts of the ABYC and NMMA. We are members of a number of organizations dedicated to preventing the spread of AIS.
As a continued leader in the industry, Premier is proud to be one of the select pontoon manufactures that offer optional packages tailored to the salt water boater. We offer the Salt Water Package, which includes Sacrificial Anodes, coated gate braces, lifting Strakes, performance sheeting, rough water nose cone and Premier SaltEx graphic. If your boat is in contact with salt water, remove it from the water after each use and flush it from top to bottom, inside and out with fresh water. Clean hardware and spray with a marine corrosion inhibitor every month or more often, if possible. Salt water can also affect the engine. Contact your dealer or Premier Marine for additional information about using your boat in salt water. DO NOT store boats on carpeted bunks or any other type of surface that can hold salt or any other chemicals near or on the surface of the boat. These surfaces WILL corrode and damage the boat. Sacrificial Anodes are required for salt water and help reduce the chances of damage to your boat. Call your dealer or Premier Marine with questions.

NMMA Certification is a program designed to help manufacturers construct boats that are five-times safer than non-certified boats. Premier is proud to meet and exceed all industry safety standards.
Premier Marine has received the NMMA CSI Award for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction for the 2015 program year. Presented by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), this marks the 12th year that Premier Marine has secured the honor.
The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award recognizes companies that actively measure customer satisfaction to pursue continuous improvement. Recipients have achieved and maintained an independently measured standard of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction during the past year, based on customer surveys. Premier Marine’s pontoon boats were recognized for their performance, style, comfort, and durability.
NMMA launched its CSI program in 2001 to provide boat and engine manufacturers with an independently-measured, cost-effective tool to help improve customer satisfaction in the boating industry. Since the program’s inception, more than 500,000 surveys have been sent out to new boat and engine customers, allowing participating manufacturers to monitor customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis, and to benchmark themselves against the industry and their competitors. The program currently has 110 boat and engine brands participating.
As a leader in the marine industry Premier places a high value on customer service for all the products that it builds.
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a global network that identifies what international standards are required by business, government and society, develops them in partnership with the sectors that will put them to use, adopts them based on national input, and delivers them to be implemented worldwide. ISO standards level the playing field. They make transparent the requirements that products must meet on world markets, as well as the conformity assessment mechanisms for checking that those products measure up to standards.
Premier is proud to be the first pontoon manufacturer to receive this prestigious certification and pass on the high standard of manufacturing required by ISO to our customers. What does this mean to you? A better product through better business practices.
