Premier Receives 2024 CSI Award

PREMIER PONTOONS RECEIVES CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AWARD SECOND STRAIGHT YEAR

The National Marine Manufacturers Association recognized Premier for its exceptional build quality and customer service during the Miami International Boat Show.

Big Lake, Minn. February 14, 2025 – Premier Pontoons once again was the recipient of the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s (NMMA) 2024 Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award. It was the second consecutive year Premier has earned the award by receiving a score of 90% or higher in customer satisfaction after tabulating surveys from more than 275,000 boating enthusiasts. 

The CSI Awards recognized boat and engine manufacturers for their continuous efforts of improved quality, performance, and customer service. Premier was one of only a handful of pontoon manufacturers to earn the award, and one of even fewer to do so in back-to-back years. The accomplishment speaks volumes of the company’s push for best in the industry quality and customer ownership experience.

Premier was recognized for the award during the Miami International Boat Show by Robert Newsome, the chief administrative officer and senior vice president of operations for NMMA.
